Return & Refund Policy
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for return shipping and restocking charges.
Partial refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
IMPORTANT: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even if only slight, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (if applicable), or let us know as soon as you collect your package and inspect the product(s) received.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective or missing parts, we will send you the missing/replacement parts free of charge. In this event, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving these, we will provide detailed instructions about next steps.
We want you to love the products you buy from Nap'oleon! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, we can provide you a full refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
Made to order items cannot be returned.

Please note that to be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must also be in the original packaging, including manuals and any original paperwork.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, always contact us first and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that returning shipping is at customer's expense. Once your return is received (please read "Shipping of Returned Items" below) and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the returned product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit in the amount of your purchase minus shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Keep in mind that Items returned that were offered with free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the return amount - shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are buying oversized items that require freight/truck shipping, such as furniture, please make sure to ask our customer service any questions you might have prior to purchasing them, since the high costs of shipping often make returns prohibitively expensive. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective items, we will send replacement parts free of charge (please see refer to the "Damaged Items" section above).
Shipping of Returned Items
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions for returning the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
